I participated in a Bead Soup Blog Party and used the silver heart focal and black faceted onyx beads from the soup I received from my bead soup partner in this piece. I used one measly lampwork bead and that's why I can put it under the "glass" forum:
This next one uses lampwork discs and shells made with Terra glass and I made it to try out the new Industrial Chic line and also because there was a blog reader challenge on Objects and Elements. I call this Davy Jones' Locker (sorry the pictures are so small. Flickr is being a real PITA lately).
I usually don't do a lot of fused jewelry because most of my students sell their jewelry. However went I went to Glass Expo, I discovered Kumihimo (Japanese braiding). It is so much fun and relaxing.
